Accordingly, the project's objective is to contribute to supporting drainage and disaster prevention for Kep, Lang Giang, Tien Luc, My Thai communes (Bac Ninh province) with an area of about 8,200 hectares, meeting the requirements of serving agricultural production, industry, people's livelihoods and the economy of the region.
The Duc Mai drainage pumping station construction project has a total designed flow rate of 45.0 m3/s, belongs to group B, class II project, with a design lifespan of 50 years, with a total investment of 500 billion VND from the provincial budget.
The project is invested by Bac Song Thuong Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company.
The project includes the main items: Pumping station building, management house, management area infrastructure, pumping tank, regulating lake, discharge tank, discharge culvert through the dike, culvert into the pumping tank, discharge canal, mechanical equipment, technology equipment, transformer station, electrical system serving the operation of the pumping station and some items of drainage basin connecting canals, electrical system.
In which, the pumping station is designed with 6 pump units, the flow rate of each pump is 7.5 m3/s, engine power is not greater than 850 kW. The project also invests in an automatic garbage collection system, a dike discharge culvert, a management house, a discharge canal about 130 m long, a basin connection canal about 500 m long, completing a dike about 160 m long and an electrical supply item with 3 transformers. SCADA monitoring control system, lighting inside and outside the house are also installed to serve the operation of the project.
The project is implemented until December 31, 2027.
Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the investor to organize the implementation of construction investment and project management in accordance with current legal regulations, ensuring quality, efficiency and saving construction investment costs.
At the same time, the investor coordinates with My Thai Commune People's Committee to build and organize the implementation of compensation, support, and resettlement plans according to the provisions of law.
Previously, as Lao Dong newspaper reported, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee also approved the emergency construction project of Cam Bao pumping station at position K20+300 left Cau dike (Xuan Cam commune), with a total investment of about 450 billion VND from the provincial budget.
