The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch on reviewing and reporting on projects and works that are behind schedule, have long-term backlogs, and are ineffective, causing great loss and waste.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received an Official Dispatch dated March 4, 2025 from the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee on reporting the results of implementing the conclusions of the Central Steering Committee on preventing corruption, waste and negativity.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to provide reporting information according to the outline in the Official Dispatch of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee for projects that are behind schedule, have long-term backlogs, and are ineffective, causing great loss and waste; report to the Department of Finance no later than 9:00 a.m. on March 14, 2025.
Assign the Management Board of Industrial Parks to provide a report according to the outline in the Official Dispatch of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee for investment projects in construction and business of Nhan Hoa, Phuong Lieu, and Que Vo small-scale industrial park infrastructure; report to the Department of Finance no later than 9:00 a.m. on March 14, 2025.
Assign the Tax Department of Region V to provide information on the implementation of financial obligations to the State of projects that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, and are ineffective, causing great loss and waste; report to the Department of Finance no later than 9:00 a.m. on March 14, 2025.
Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to review and report on works and projects that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, and are ineffective, causing great loss and waste, and public investment projects (according to the outline in the Official Dispatch of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee); synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on March 14, 2025.
Accordingly, the projects that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, are ineffective, and cause loss and waste are named by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, including:
Automobile Service and Trading Center Project in Dong Ngo area, Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city of Hai Au Trading and Finance Company Limited Branch in Bac Ninh province;
Project for Investment in Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Nhan Hoa, Phuong Lieu, Que Vo Industrial Parks and Industrial Parks of Nhan Hoa Urban Development Investment and Industrial Park Joint Stock Company;
Duc Viet General Urban and Service Area Project in Gia Dong Ward, Thuan Thanh Town of Duc Viet Group Joint Stock Company;
Investment project to build a scientific - Training complex of the Vietnam Economic Science Association; investment in building technical infrastructure for Den Dam Cultural Tourism Area, Tu Son Town under the investment form of Construction - Transfer (BT) of Solatech Investment Joint Stock Company;
The project to invest in the construction of a road along B2 canal, Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province (from the intersection with the new National Highway 3 to DT 295B), under the form of a Construction - Transfer Contract (BT).
