The Civil Defense Command of Bac Ninh province has just issued Official Dispatch No. 01/CD-BCHPTDS issuing Alert No. I on the Luc Nam River (at Cam Dan Hydrological Station).
Due to the impact of storm No. 10, at 12:00 on September 29, 2025, the water level on the Luc Nam River at Cam Dan Hydrological Station was above alert level I (equivalent to water level ≥41.00 m).
The Bac Ninh Provincial Civil Defense Command issued alert number I on the Luc Nam River at the Cam Dan Hydrological Station (Yen Dinh Commune) and requested the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of relevant communes to immediately deploy on-duty, patrol and guard along both sides of the river, detect and proactively handle landslides affecting residential areas and works along the river.
Notify the people and owners of waterway transport vehicles on the river to proactively prevent and ensure the safety of people and property.
Organize a regular 24/24-hour on-duty, regularly update information, promptly report to the Provincial Civil Defense Command (the Standing Agency of the Provincial Military Command) and the Department of Agriculture and Environment (through the Irrigation Sub-Department) for advice, direction and management.
In response to the development of storm No. 10, on the morning of September 29, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee to be proactive, focus on leading, directing, urging, and inspecting the response to the storm according to the "4 on-site" motto; do not be negligent, subjective, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property and state assets. Party committees of communes and wards focus on implementing good response, prevention and control of storms and floods, especially in localities and areas at high risk of flash floods and landslides.
