Accordingly, the projects put up for auction in this phase include: Low-rise housing project in Ho Cong Du urban area; commercial service complex combined with office business, tourism and housing activities (code HH) belonging to Nguyen The Nho residential area; low-rise housing project belonging to Van Xa residential area and low-rise housing project belonging to Bich Dong town center residential area No. 3.
In which, the Ho Cong Du street urban area project has an area of more than 6,100 m2; Van Xa residential area project more than 7,300 m2; Nguyen The Nho residential area project more than 13,300 m2; Bich Dong Center No. 3 residential area project nearly 2,800 m2.
The projects have all completed compensation and site clearance and have been invested in synchronous technical infrastructure according to the detailed construction plan, including: electricity, water, lighting, drainage and communication systems, ready for operation.
Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee implements land allocation through land use right auctions, according to the method of raising bids and organizing auctions by direct vote at the auction session.
The auctions are expected to be implemented in the second quarter of 2026. The starting price of the land plots is determined from about 20 - 25 million VND/m2 for residential land; especially commercial service land at the Nguyen The Nho project has a starting price of about 10.4 million VND/m2.
Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to be fully responsible before the law for the accuracy, truthfulness, and objectivity of information and documents on the land use right auction plan to select investors to implement the project.
At the same time, it requires organizations and individuals participating in the auction to fully meet the conditions according to the provisions of law on land and asset auctions, and at the same time ensure financial capacity to implement the project.
The auction winner is responsible for fully fulfilling financial obligations and implementing the project in accordance with the provisions of law on investment, construction, and real estate business.
The approval of the land use right auction plan for the above-mentioned projects aims to select capable investors, contribute to urban infrastructure development, effectively exploit land funds, and at the same time promote socio-economic development in Viet Yen ward in particular and Bac Ninh province in general.
