The police of hap Linh ward (Bac Ninh province) and the Immigration Department (Bac Ninh province police) have just coordinated with the Huu Nghi International Border Guard Station (Lang Son province) to deport 3 Chinese citizens who violated the law on entry and exit.
After receiving reports from the public, the Haup Linh Ward Police discovered 3 Chinese citizens working at De Ma Ji Limited Liability Company (Haup Linh Industrial Cluster) showing signs of violations.
The verification results showed that these citizens entered Vietnam using an electronic visa for tourism purposes.
However, De Ma Ji Limited Liability Company used foreign workers but did not carry out the procedures according to regulations; at the same time, allowed foreigners to work not in accordance with the purpose of being granted a visa.
On August 18, the Immigration Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Police issued a decision to administratively fine De Ma Ji Limited Liability Company and 3 Chinese citizens with a total amount of 87.5 million VND.
The police of hap Linh ward recommend that businesses in the area strictly comply with legal regulations on immigration management; fully fulfill their obligations to ensure and use foreign labor for the right purposes, avoid violations and being handled, affecting the investment environment as well as the reputation of the business.
