Functional forces have made records of handling 2 violations, including the owner of the wharf and the vehicle operator for the acts of organizing, anchoring, and loading and unloading goods at unlicensed locations, the fine amount is 35,000,000 VND.
According to the Traffic Police Department (Bac Ninh Provincial Police), the above behavior poses a high risk of causing waterway traffic unsafety, affecting the flow, river protection corridor and state management order in the field of inland waterways.
