At around 10am on December 3rd, on Ring Road 2, through Phuoc Hai Ward, Nha Trang City, many passersby saw a man acting unusually on the sidewalk.
Nearby, there was also a man with strange signs. When approaching, he discovered one of the two men lying motionless, immediately reported to the authorities and called for an ambulance.
A few minutes later, the medical team from the 115 Emergency Center of Khanh Hoa province arrived and performed first aid on the victim, then transferred him to Khanh Hoa General Hospital.
Phuoc Hai Ward Police arrived at the scene and verified the identities of the two men. Through initial investigation, it was determined that the two men had gone a few minutes earlier by motorbike to the sidewalk area of Ring Road 2, choosing to stand behind some hidden trees to use drugs.
However, after the injection, one of the two men suffered an overdose and passed out under the tree. The doctors injected the man with the drug and he later regained consciousness.
The Nha Trang Ring Road 2 area has a lot of traffic, the reckless actions of the 2 subjects are being handled by the authorities according to regulations.
