According to information from Luu Kiem ward, at 9:20 pm on February 23, in the area of the road to the landfill behind Mr. Nguyen Van L's house (wife is Ms. O), in residential group 2, Luu Kiem ward, people discovered a newborn baby abandoned.
The abandoned child is a baby girl weighing about 2.7kg. Initial inspection, the baby girl had no deformities, no unusual signs. When discovered, the baby was placed in a pink plastic basket, wrapped in a black bag on the outside, wearing a yellow bra, a gray towel, a blue hat; next to it was a diaper bag, without personal papers or related information.
Immediately after the discovery, the baby was taken to Luu Kiem Ward Health Station for care and health monitoring. Local authorities made a record and notified functional agencies according to regulations.
Luu Kiem Ward People's Committee announces that anyone who is a relative of the baby or knows relevant information, please contact Luu Kiem Ward People's Committee or Luu Kiem Ward Police immediately for guidance on handling. After the deadline according to the provisions of law, if no relatives come to claim it, the locality will carry out procedures according to current regulations.
