On June 18, according to information from the Ben Tre Market Management Department's Electronic Information Portal, Market Management Team No. 3 (under the Ben Tre Market Management Department) has just coordinated with the Long Hoa Commune Police to conduct an inspection and discovered a subject at Long An Hamlet (Long Hoa Commune, Binh Dai District, Ben Tre Province) trading 700 boxes of smuggled cosmetics via Zalo platform, with an estimated value of violating goods of about 28 million VND.
Through the work of grasping the area and using professional measures, the Controller of Market Management Team No. 3 discovered a cosmetic business household with signs of trading in smuggled goods on the Zalo platform. Since then, the unit has coordinated with Long Hoa Commune Police to conduct an inspection and discovered that this business household was trading 700 boxes of GLUTA WHITE cosmetics, with labels in foreign languages, without sub-labeles in Vietnamese. The value of the infringing goods was 28 million VND.

At the time of inspection, the business owner had not yet presented invoices, documents proving the origin of the goods and documents related to the products. During the investigation, this person confessed that all the goods were purchased floating on the market, without invoices, documents, or documents as required.
Currently, Market Management Team No. 3 has drawn up a record of administrative violations in the act of trading in smuggled goods and is handling them according to the provisions of law.
