All bus stations affirmed that they have carefully prepared service plans, absolutely committing not to let congestion, pressure or increase ticket prices against regulations.

Mr. Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of Giap Bat Bus Station said that at the bus station, the highest number of visitors expected during peak days in the afternoon will be about 20,000 trips/day, in the afternoon about 10,000 trips/day, an increase of 350% compared to normal days.
Each day, it is expected to depart from the wharf with 850 - 900 vehicles/day. The increase in visitors is mainly concentrated on Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa routes...
"We have soon developed a passenger transport plan during the peak days of the September 2 holiday. The unit mobilized 100% of the force, and was on duty at the wharf to guide, direct traffic and fully inspect all vehicles before leaving the wharf" - Mr. Ta Anh Tuan said.

From the transport business side, Mr. Chu Ngoc Long, operator of Dong Da Company 27.7 (running the Giap Bat - Ninh Binh route) said that the unit has fully prepared vehicles, ready to serve in case of sudden increases in customers in both directions.
Mr. Long affirmed that he has instructed drivers to absolutely not use alcohol or banned substances, to keep safety, not to congest and not to increase ticket prices, to serve in accordance with regulations so that people can travel with peace of mind.
Mr. Vuong Duy Dung - Deputy Director of My Dinh Bus Station said that the station has proactively developed a service plan early to meet the increased travel demand, while ensuring traffic order and safety during the holiday.
"During the peak days from August 28 to 30, the number of passengers increased sharply in both directions to and from Hanoi. The peak will fall on September 1 and 2, when My Dinh Bus Station is expected to welcome about 22,000 visitors/day in the afternoon and 12,000 visitors in the afternoon - an increase of over 350% compared to normal days. There will be about 950 vehicles operating per day," Mr. Dung informed.

Regarding the work of ensuring traffic during the holidays, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Chien - Captain of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police) said that the unit has proactively developed a remote and on-site traffic diversion plan to ensure smooth traffic, especially at gateways and around bus stations.

In addition, the traffic police also coordinated with bus stations and bus companies to organize propaganda and remind people to comply with the law when participating in traffic" - Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Chien said.
On this occasion, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 also organized alcohol concentration checks and drug tests for drivers right at stations such as My Dinh. This is to promptly detect and prevent cases of drivers who do not meet safety conditions, ensuring the lives of passengers.
