Hit by train and died while crossing the railway tracks

    HUE - A woman in Hue was hit and killed by a train while cycling across the railway tracks.

    On October 25, in Phu Loc district, Thua Thien Hue province, an accident occurred between a cyclist and a train, resulting in one death.

    The accident occurred at 9:41 a.m. the same day, at the railway crossing at Km 731+610 of Thong Nhat railway through Trung Phuoc Tuong village (Loc Tri commune, Phu Loc district), Ms. Truong Thi T (born in 1962, residing in Loc Tri commune, Phu Loc district) was riding a bicycle across the railway.

    While crossing the railway, Ms. T was hit by train SE3 running from Hanoi to Saigon. As a result, Ms. T died on the spot and her bicycle was severely damaged.

    Upon receiving the news, the authorities were present to protect the scene and investigate the cause of the incident.
