The People's Committee of Binh Duong province held a meeting to consider and report opinions on the proposed investment policy for public investment projects, including the project to renovate and upgrade the Saigon River road.
The project has a starting point adjacent to Gia Long Street (Lai Thieu Ward), an ending point adjacent to Vinh Phu 40 Street (Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City).
The direction of the project along the north bank of the Saigon River creates a convenient transportation shaft for the whole area. The total project length is about 1.84km with an investment of more than VND 2,000 billion. The construction project of technical infrastructure includes a system of greenery, lighting system on the sidewalk, vertical and horizontal sewer, technical system of people's houses.
According to the Binh Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal, Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the submission contents, and at the same time requested that localities and relevant departments promptly complete the procedures to approve the investment policy.
