Four victims in the family did not survive, including: Mr. Truong Van Ut (born in 1968), Mrs. Hang Thi Luan (born in 1970), Truong Hang Anh Tu (born in 2023), and Huynh Truong Anh Khoi (born in 2024).
At noon on November 28, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, and Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee went to the scene to encourage, visit, and support the victims' families.
