In this phase, the Area Defense Command 1 - Son Tinh was assigned the task of coordinating with the Provincial Police and local militia to build 17 houses for people in Tay Tra and Tay Tra Bong communes.

The campaign started on December 27, 2025. Nearly 50 officers and soldiers of the Area 1 - Son Tinh Defense Command, Provincial Police and local militia organized the simultaneous construction of 6 houses in Tay Tra commune.
Up to now, after just over a week of implementation, the construction volume has reached nearly 50%. Witnessing soldiers and police rebuilding a new house for her family with a spirit of speed, Ms. Ho Thi Huong emotionally shared: "My house was buried by soil and rocks, my family does not know where to rely. Now that soldiers and police help rebuild a new house, I am very happy. This Tet I have a new house to live in. I am very grateful to the State, soldiers and police.
According to the plan, 6 houses in Tay Tra commune will be handed over before January 15, 2026; the rest in Tay Tra Bong commune will be deployed immediately after the locality completes the selection of construction locations. To ensure progress, forces stationed near construction sites and field kitchens are located at the headquarters of the Tay Tra Commune Military Command.
Directly commanding the forces to build houses for the people, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Hoang - Deputy Political Commissar of Zone 1 - Son Tinh Defense Command said that the unit determines that this is not only a task but also a responsibility to the people. "The general spirit is to do it as quickly as possible but must ensure quality, so that people have new houses to celebrate Tet," Lieutenant Colonel Hoang emphasized.
Despite the difficult weather and construction terrain, officers and soldiers all showed high determination. Not only contributing labor, the forces also coordinated with local authorities to support funding and materials, closely monitor the quality of the project, ensuring that the houses meet the "3 hard" criteria: hard foundation, hard frame, hard roof.
