    Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Lap - Director of the Ha Giang Provincial People's Procuracy - was appointed to hold the position of Director of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger.

    On June 24, the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) announced and presented the decision to appoint the positions of Chief Prosecutor and Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy and regional People's Procuracy after the merger.

    At the ceremony, the representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decision on the transfer and appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Lap - Chief Prosecutor of the Ha Giang Provincial People's Procuracy to take up the job and hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger from July 1, 2025.

    Also at the ceremony, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Duy Giang presented the Decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung, Pham Ngoc Hai, Dinh Quoc Hung, Nguyen Thi Tu Anh, La Ngoc Thien, Nguyen Van Cuong and the decisions to appoint 8 Chief Prosecutors and 37 Deputy Chief Prosecutors of the regional People's Procuracy.
