At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy, presented the Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam - Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Economic and Corruption Cases - Department 3, Supreme People's Procuracy, to hold the position of Director of the Hanoi City People's Procuracy;
Decision to appoint Mr. Do Duong Toan - Head of the Prosecution and Investigation of Economic and Corruption Cases Department - Department 3, Hanoi City People's Procuracy, to hold the position of Deputy Chief Procurator of Hanoi City People's Procuracy.
The decisions on transfer and appointment take effect from April 1, 2026.
Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien congratulated the two officials who were transferred and appointed.
Over the past time, the Hanoi City People's Procuracy has been a unit with a long tradition and has made many efforts, innovation, solidarity and achieved many outstanding achievements, and was honored to be awarded the title of Labor Hero of the renovation period.
The Head of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested the two appointed officials to immediately start working and expressed his belief that with their bravery, intelligence and high sense of responsibility, the two comrades will work with the leadership and civil servants of the Hanoi City People's Procuracy to achieve even more outstanding achievements in the coming time.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam, the new Chief Procurator of Hanoi City People's Procuracy, thanked the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy for their trust and assignment of tasks and positions.
The new Director promised to fully understand and seriously perform the assigned tasks.
