The Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has just decided to establish a Standing Committee of 5 members, headed by Mr. Nguyen Hong Son - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.
The Department is responsible for receiving, guiding, and answering the contents, proposals, and recommendations from agencies, units, and localities related to the arrangement and reorganization of district and commune-level administrative units and building a 2-level local government model.
The Standing Department is responsible for advising, closely monitoring the implementation progress, promptly handling difficulties and problems arising in the process of restructuring the apparatus, to ensure that this work is implemented synchronously, effectively, on schedule and with quality.
At the same time, the Department receives local proposals and recommendations, coordinates with relevant sectors to resolve or report to superiors for appropriate adjustments, without interrupting the general process.
The Organizing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee is assigned to be a standing agency, members working part -time and performing tasks as assigned by the leader. The department will operate until the end of October 2025 and dissolve itself after completing the assigned task.
