Students practice more
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the authorities of Buon Don commune coordinated with the Buon Don Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center to organize two classes on animal husbandry training for rural workers.
The classes are implemented right at the grassroots level, combining theory and practice. In particular, the priority practice section aims to help students grasp skills through intuitive and vivid guidance.

Ms. H'Ngui Glan, an ethnic minority person, is over 30 years old this year. She currently does not have a stable income, so she has registered to participate in the buffalo and cow raising class.
She said: "The class is organized systematically, practical items such as straw, food, and barns are all fully prepared. Thanks to that, we can quickly absorb and apply it immediately to reality.
Ms. H'Nho Mekong, a poor household in Buon Don commune, shared: "The most beneficial thing is that lecturers both practice and guide, students can easily observe and follow. After only two practice sessions and one theory session, I have grasped the basic way to care for livestock."

Upgrading facilities, ensuring vocational training efficiency
From the resources of the National Target Program, Dak Lak province has allocated funds to localities to upgrade facilities, ensuring the effectiveness of vocational training for rural workers.
In Buon Don commune, vocational training is still facing many difficulties due to the lack of practice classrooms and teaching equipment.

Mr. Ha Ngoc Huong - Director of the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Buon Don - said that to meet the increasingly high requirements of the labor market, investing in and upgrading facilities for vocational training classes is very important.
"Many localities, including Buon Don commune, still lack practical classrooms, limited teaching equipment, and do not meet reality" - Mr. Ha Ngoc Huong - Director of the Buon Don Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center added.

According to Mr. Huong, in the coming time, from many resources, especially the National Target Program, the unit will coordinate with the People's Committee of the commune to upgrade facilities and purchase more equipment for teaching.
The most important goal is to improve the effectiveness of vocational training for rural workers.
"When having access to a systematic vocational training environment, people will have more skills and confidently apply scientific and technical advances to production. Thereby increasing income and improving life", Mr. Huong shared.
