In the bustling atmosphere of the first day of operation of the two-level local government, the people of Dat Mui commune - the commune in the southernmost part of the country - could not hide their joy when seeing the government close and friendly to the people. At the Public Administration Service Center of the commune alone, many people expressed their excitement because the administrative procedures were resolved "fast, compact, and quick".

As the first person to come to handle administrative procedures, Mr. Quach Van Tich - a resident of Vien An commune (old) said that in the past, he went to do procedures to receive serious illness benefits, which took a lot of time and money.
"When I heard that since July 1, the commune could solve the problem of receiving disability support money, I waited for about 10 days to go to the trial trial work, not expecting to be able to do it. Here, cadres are welcoming the blooming, enthusiastic, the procedures are quick and effective" - Mr. Tich Ho said enthusiastically.
According to the Dat Mui Commune Public Administration Service Center (Ca Mau Province), when the 2-level government model was officially operated, people and businesses could have resolved most of the administrative procedures at the commune/ward government level.
Chairman of Dat Mui Commune People's Committee Cao Van Phu informed that in the coming time, the commune will continue to improve the responsibility of cadres and civil servants, especially in serving the people. The commune always listens to people's opinions to work with people to better resolve administrative procedures.
