Whale drifted ashore in Quang Binh

    Quang Binh - A whale weighing about 20kg drifted ashore in Sa Dong village (Bao Ninh commune), buried by local people according to local customs.

    On April 2, the People's Committee of Bao Ninh commune (Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province) said that people in Sa Dong village had just discovered an elephant in the area.

    Early in the morning of the same day, people discovered a whale weighing about 20kg drifting ashore in Sa Dong village (Bao Ninh commune).

    Immediately after the discovery, the Sa Dong village government coordinated with the people to carry out procedures and organize the burial of the whale according to the traditional customs of the fishermen.
