On December 5, the Party Committee of Hai Duong Ward (Hai Phong City) held a meeting with the Party Cell Secretary and Head of the Residential Group in December 2025. Mr. Vu Ngoc Chien - Chief of the Party Committee Office briefly reported some work results and orientations for December. However, most of the conference time is spent listening and directly discussing practical issues reflected by the Party Cell Secretary and Residential Group Head.
Many opinions focus on the unsynchronized numbering of houses on some streets. Specifically, opinions reflected the lack of consistency between the actual number of houses and management records on Thanh Nien, Bach Dang and An Dinh streets. This causes difficulties for residents when completing administrative procedures, postal, emergency and local administrative management. Residential groups requested the ward to urgently review, update and post plans for granting and adjusting house numbers so that the numbering of houses is unified and convenient for people in daily life and transactions.
A traffic safety issue that many delegates mentioned was the concrete covers placed in the middle of the road at some locations. Head of residential group No. 16, Mr. Hoang Van Phuc said that placing covers and covers in the middle of the lane hinders traffic, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents, especially during rush hour and at night. The delegate recommended that the authorities evacuate the area soon to ensure the safety of road users.

Rabies vaccination is the next content of interest for many residential groups. The delegate reflected that there are still households that have not vaccinated dogs, some dogs are free to roam, causing concerns about epidemics and public safety. The opinions suggested that the ward coordinate with the veterinary station to increase propaganda, organize a centralized vaccination campaign, control dogs and strictly handle cases that do not comply with regulations.
Receiving the feedback, Mr. Pham Cong Quan - Secretary of the Ward Party Committee directly answered and requested the professional departments to urgently intervene. He suggested reviewing and adjusting the numbering of houses; handling concrete covering locations that cause traffic insecurity; at the same time, increasing propaganda and implementing vaccination plans to ensure people's safety.
Secretary Pham Cong Quan emphasized that the ward will prioritize handling issues that directly affect people's safety and lives, requiring the completion of tasks before Tet to ensure a stable and safe living environment.
