On December 4, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hai Phong City chaired a working session with relevant departments and branches, the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward and Dai An Joint Stock Company to review the progress and status of land use of the Dai An I Residential Area Project in Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong City. Attending were representatives of the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction and business leaders.
The Dai An I Residential Area Project was approved in 2004, adjusted in 2015 and 2025, with an area after adjustment of more than 17.55 hectares. The enterprise has been handed over 171,839 m2 and has basically completed the technical infrastructure on this area. The remainder has not been handed over due to problems with the decision on land allocation and site clearance.

Through a survey on the same day, the interdisciplinary team recorded the current status as reported by the enterprise. Departments and branches requested the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward to promptly complete site clearance and make progress commitments so that the city has a basis to hand over land to investors. The ward said it will continue to review the documents and speed up site clearance for the remaining area.
Dai An Joint Stock Company affirmed that it will start construction as soon as the site is allocated and complete the project adjustment procedures. The Department of Agriculture and Environment receives and synthesizes opinions to report to the City People's Committee according to regulations.
