On the afternoon of July 16, at the 2nd Session, Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026, passed a resolution regulating the level of support for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers due to the arrangement of administrative units at the provincial and commune levels. This policy is applied from July 1, 2025 and takes effect from July 16, 2025.
Accordingly, cadres, civil servants and public employees of Dak Nong and Binh Thuan provinces who transfer to work at the Lam Dong provincial administrative center after the merger will receive 3 main support packages.
The first is a one-time support at the time of receiving the job, at the rate of 10 million VND/person to rent means of transportation and support the purchase of necessary household items.
Second is monthly travel expenses support: 2 million VND/person for 12 months, except for those with standard transportation standards.
Third is support for accommodation rental of 3 million VND/person/month.
In addition, for provincial-level cadres who are mobilized to work at the commune level, the one-time support level is also 10 million VND/person. However, it does not apply to provincial-level civil servants who increase their work trips to the wards: Xuan Huong - Da Lat, Lam Vien - Da Lat, Lang Biang - Da Lat, Cam Ly - Da Lat, Xuan Truong - Da Lat, Bac Gia Nghia, Nam Gia Nghia, Dong Gia Nghia, Ham Thang, Binh Thuan, Mui Ne, Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, Tien Thanh, Tuyen Quang.
The implementation budget is paid by the state budget.
The issuance of this support resolution is considered necessary and timely, in order to create conditions for stabilizing the lives and work of the staff when moving to the new provincial administrative center. And create working conditions and stabilize their lives in the early stages for provincial civil servants to be mobilized to strengthen at the commune level.
