On June 21, Mr. Nguyen Van Than - Deputy Director of VNPT of Dak Lak province - informed that, implementing the direction of the People's Committees of the two provinces, with the support of the Departments of Science and Technology, the unit has just deployed online training to 102 newly established wards and communes in Dak Lak and Phu Yen, with more than 1,000 participating locations.
The training content mainly involved the information system for handling administrative procedures and instructions on using the electronic certification system of Dak Lak province.

According to Mr. Than, each location has 1 to 50 cadres, civil servants and public employees attending. VNPT will carefully guide them on closing the provincial public service portal, as well as how to support citizens to submit documents online from the National Public Service Portal.
At the same time, the unit also guides staff on receiving, processing records and exploiting statistics and reports. Training work helps personnel in newly established communes and wards effectively implement the application of information technology when piloting local governance at two levels.
Cadres will have more skills and experience to serve the people when the two-level local government officially begins operations from July 1, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen The Hau - Head of the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Buon Ma Thuot City - said: "During the training session, the department's personnel participated, received and fully recorded the important contents. In addition, I reminded them to focus on downloading documents to do more research. For unclear and unquestionable issues, it is necessary to discuss them with VNPT for answers".
