After the particularly serious landslide that occurred in Phat village (Hung Son commune, Da Nang city), the entire scene area was completely deformed. Large hills slide down to form a large "latte stream", extending from the mountainside down to the old stream. The mud was thick, making it extremely difficult for the rescue team to move.

On the muddy surface, many personal items such as clothes, hammocks, wood pieces... were discovered mixed in the soil and rocks. The authorities must check each location manually, dig slowly and carefully to avoid missing important signs. Workers are mobilized but are also limited when mud sticks to their feet, unable to move deep into the central area.

The scene was almost quiet, with only the sound of excavators, walkie-talkies and calls from rescue forces. The search teams were deployed to work continuously, divided into many approaches from different directions to narrow down the suspected area.
A survey at the scene showed that the landslide area had many large cracks at the 1580 elevation point, about 1km northwest of the main landslide location, showing signs of continued movement.
The mobile road from the Hung Son Commune Military Command to the scene has more rocks and landslides due to prolonged heavy rain, posing a potential risk of further landslides.

The most serious landslide area (hilly land) is about 1.5km from the Hung Son Commune Military Command, causing local isolation and making the search difficult.
The weather in the area continues to have rain, thick fog, limited visibility; forces maintain close monitoring of cracks and side landslides around to promptly mobilize when unusual situations occur.
The City Military Command directs coordination with local authorities to mobilize people to stabilize their lives and be ready to relocate when necessary; at the same time, continue to search for missing victims in conditions that ensure the highest safety.
