On July 16, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City signed a Decision on the establishment of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works of Can Tho City; Decision on the establishment of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic and Agricultural Works of Can Tho City.
According to Decision No. 603, Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Tran Van Lau signed a Decision to establish the Can Tho City Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board on the basis of merging the management boards of civil and industrial construction investment projects in Hau Giang, Soc Trang provinces and Can Tho City (old).
The Can Tho City Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board is a public service unit that self-insures regular expenditures (Group 2) under the Can Tho City People's Committee; has legal status, its own seal and is allowed to open an account according to the law.
