As Lao Dong Newspaper has reported in many articles, spontaneous markets have sprung up along Hung Vuong Street (also known as the 35m road) through the area of Ha Loc commune (now Phu Tho ward), causing sidewalks and roads to be encroached, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.
Returning to this place after many months, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters recorded that a series of stalls selling fruits, food, clothes, essential items... encroached on the sidewalk, the road and the scene of hundreds of workers on their way home from work stopping to park their vehicles to buy goods that had previously disappeared.

Now, the sellers have abandoned or moved the remaining stalls onto the road of the industrial park (to the inside). The workers themselves have also changed their awareness and habits, and when they are on their way home from work, they do not park their vehicles to buy goods. Therefore, vehicles moving on Hung Vuong Street through Phu Ha Industrial Park has become easier.
Mr. Han Duc Manh - a resident of Phu Tho ward (old Ha Loc commune) - was happy: "We have finally closed a temporary market along Hung Vuong street, which has existed for a few years now. Previously, every evening it was very frustrating because the lane was occupied by sellers, people and shopping vehicles for half".

Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Cong Huan - Chairman of Phu Tho Ward People's Committee - said that since September 1, the Working Group including ward leaders, departments of the Ward People's Committee, and the Ward Police have launched a campaign to propagate urban order. For many days, the Working Group has promoted, reminded, and requested households to do the right thing, returning urban order and open sidewalks.
"In the coming time, the ward's functional forces will continue to maintain inspection and supervision work, promptly propagate and remind, to avoid repeating the situation of spontaneous markets encroaching on the roadside. Phu Tho Ward and Phong Chau Ward are determined to do everything possible to clean and beautify the area of Hung Vuong Street through the area" - Mr. Huan affirmed.

Currently, the Phu Ha market infrastructure construction project and land use rights auction in the two communes of Phu Ho and Ha Thach, Phu Tho town (now Phong Chau ward) - with a total investment of 45 billion VND are being implemented.
This project has a total investment of 45 billion VND. In particular, the project's equipment installation and construction package has completed the selection of contractors: Hai Dang Commercial Construction Joint Stock Company and Quang Minh Urban Housing Joint Stock Company won the bid with a price of nearly VND 22.8 billion from December 22, 2024.

In the future, when the project is completed and put into use, it will meet the needs of people's service business, the demand for buying and selling goods is increasing of workers. At the same time, it creates revenue and promotes service business activities in the area around Phu Ha Industrial Park.
Phu Ha Industrial Park has a total project implementation area of 356.29 hectares, a total investment capital of VND 2,441 billion, located in Phu Tho ward and Phong Chau ward, Phu Tho province (belonging to the communes of Ha Loc, Ha Thach, Phu Ho of Phu Tho town, formerly Phu Tho province).
According to the report of Viglacera Corporation - JSC (Investor of Industrial Park Infrastructure), up to now, Phu Ha Industrial Park has attracted investment of more than 1.16 billion USD, with 32 domestic and foreign-invested enterprises operating, creating jobs for about 35,000 workers inside and outside the province.
