At about 7:30 pm on April 25, the Command Information Center of Hanoi City Police received a rescue and relief report about a traffic accident that trapped one person, in the area near Hung Long Pagoda (Muoi village, Tam Hung commune, Hanoi).
Immediately after that, functional forces were urgently dispatched to the scene to organize rescue.
According to witnesses, the collision occurred between a car with license plate 30K-454. XX (driver unknown) and a truck (license plate and driver unknown). The collision caused the front of the car to be heavily deformed, and a woman was trapped in the front passenger seat.
Approaching the scene, functional forces quickly used professional equipment to rescue the victim. At the time of being taken out, the victim was conscious.
Currently, the cause of the accident is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
