On April 12, information from Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that functional forces had just spent the night rescuing a truck carrying materials that fell into a ravine.
Previously, at about 7:30 pm on April 11, the Fire and Rescue Police Department received a report about a serious traffic accident in Coc Pu village, Pa Vay Su commune.
A truck carrying construction materials plunged into a cliff about 80m deep, with people trapped in the cabin.

After receiving the report, 1 specialized vehicle and 20 officers and soldiers set off to perform their duties.
By 11:30 pm on the same day, the working group had approached the scene under the deep abyss.
The victim was identified as Mr. N.M. C. (born in 1980, residing in Vinh Chan commune, Phu Tho province). At that time, Mr. C. was still conscious but was trapped in the deformed cabin body.
Functional forces used specialized hydraulic cutting and separation equipment to rescue the victim.
After many hours of rescue, Mr. C. was taken out and promptly taken to the emergency room.
