According to initial information, at about 6:36 pm on April 25, the Command Information Center (TTTTCH) - Hanoi City Police received a fire report at a house (suspected of being used as a warehouse) in Loc Ha village, Dong Anh commune (Hanoi).
Immediately after receiving the news, TTTTCH mobilized forces from many units (Fire Fighting and Rescue Teams, rescue teams in areas 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 18, 20) to the scene.
The scene of the fire is suspected to contain many chemicals. According to people present in the above area, the fire broke out fiercely, spread quickly, creating a black smoke column tens of meters high. From a distance, the fire can still be clearly observed, feeling the heat.
Until about 8 pm on the same day, functional forces were still actively deploying measures to control the fire, cordon off the area, and prevent the fire from spreading to the surrounding area.
The cause of the fire is being verified and clarified by functional agencies.
