    During the night of storm No. 3 (Wipha), the Traffic Police of Quang Ninh Province promptly supported the mother to labor in the rain.

    On July 22, the Traffic Police Department (Traffic Police, Ministry of Public Security) said that at around 2:45 a.m. on July 22, 2025, at Van Don 1 bridge area, Cua Ong ward, Quang Ninh, due to the impact of a major storm, Working Group No. 16 of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police was on duty to prohibit motorbikes, motorbikes, and bicycles from crossing the bridge to ensure the safety of the people.

    During his duty, Mr. Vu Van Loi (born in 1991, residing in Cua Ong ward, Quang Ninh) came to the Working Group to explain that his wife - Ms. Ly Thi Kieu (born in 1996) was in a state of being transferred and calling a taxi for more than an hour but could not do so due to weather.

    In case of an emergency, the Working Group immediately used a patrol car to control and take Ms. Kieu to Cam Pha General Hospital in time, ensuring the safety of both mother and baby.

    The timely and responsible action of the Quang Ninh Traffic Police force on the storm night not only demonstrated the spirit of "Serving the People" but also spread a beautiful image of the People's Police soldier.
