According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 5:30 p.m. on July 22, in Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province, many roads and neighborhoods were still deeply flooded due to prolonged heavy rain.

In particular, in Phu Tho 3 quarter, Hac Thanh ward, the water was very deep, reaching the chest of an adult, causing serious disruption to the lives of households. Many families even have to eat rice in the flooded situation.
In addition, many other streets such as Le Loi Avenue, Phan Chu Trinh, Tran Phu, the foot of Phu Son Bridge, Ngo Si Lien, Le Quy Don, Han Thuyen... are also deeply flooded. The authorities have put up warning ropes and not allowed vehicles to enter to ensure safety.
