After the arrangement, in each commune and ward, 3 specialized agencies will be established including: People's Council and People's Committee Office; Economic Department in the commune, Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department in the ward and Culture - Social Department.
For public service units, keep the 265 school units under the current district-level People's Committees and transfer them to the commune-level People's Committees for management.
Transfer the status quo of the Vocational Education - Vocational Education Centers to the Department of Education and Training for management. In the health sector, reorganize 8 health centers to now form 8 inter-commune and ward health centers under the Department of Health. Transfer the current District-level Cultural, Sports and Communication Center to the commune level for management.
The work of arranging and assigning commune-level cadres and civil servants after the arrangement of administrative units and the trial operation of the new commune and ward apparatus in Bac Kan are also carried out in accordance with regulations.
