The People's Committee of Bac Kan province has just issued Decision No. 1261/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Northern Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The new board was established on the basis of merging the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Provincial Agricultural and Rural Development Project Management Board.
The new board operates according to the regional project management model, is a public service unit that self-insures regular expenditures, is under the Provincial People's Committee, has legal status, its own seal and account.
The new project management board will inherit all rights, obligations, assets and personnel from the two old units. At the same time, organize the arrangement and reassignment of personnel in accordance with job positions. The functions, tasks and organizational structure will be decided by the Provincial People's Committee in the coming time.
The merger of the two boards helps focus resources and improve the effectiveness of project management.
