The Hai Phong City People's Committee decided to end the operation and terminate the performance of the functions and tasks of the Hai Phong Publishing House. The deadline for completing the dissolution, termination of operations and revocation of seals according to regulations is from June 30, 2025.
Regarding the personnel arrangement plan, in case the employee wishes to continue working (including the Director and Editor-in-Chief of Hai Phong Publishing House and 1 employee who does not hold a leadership position), after having a Decision to dissolve, the Department of Home Affairs is responsible for reporting to the competent authority to consider and arrange other work for the Director and Editor-in-Chief of Hai Phong Publishing House in accordance with their capacity and professional qualifications. In case it cannot be arranged, the regime and policies will be resolved according to regulations.
For civil servants who do not hold leadership positions, Hai Phong Publishing House is responsible for supporting civil servants in contacting other work. In case the work cannot be contacted, Hai Phong Publishing House will resolve the regime and policies according to regulations. In case the civil servant wishes to retire from work, Hai Phong Publishing House will coordinate with relevant agencies and units to propose and report to competent authorities for consideration and decision on resolving the regime and policies according to regulations. In case of contract workers, Hai Phong Publishing House will carry out procedures to resolve contract liquidation according to regulations.
Regarding finance and assets, Hai Phong Publishing House completes financial statements, finalizes operating expenses; debts to be collected, paid and fulfills financial obligations to state agencies (if any); payments to officials and employees before dissolving and liquidating machinery, equipment and assets according to the instructions of the Department of Finance.
Regarding the working headquarters, Hai Phong Publishing House handed over the working headquarters at 5 Nguyen Khuyen, Cau Dat Ward, Ngo Quyen District to the City Land Fund Development Center for receipt and management. Hai Phong Publishing House proceeded to hand over the stamp according to the instructions of the City Police.
