    Lao Cai - Dong A Jipi Protection Company has disciplined and terminated labor contracts with 3 security guards who fought with motorbike taxi drivers at General Hospital, Branch 1.

    On the evening of September 20, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Dr. Tran Lan Anh - Director of Lao Cai General Hospital 1 said that the unit had sent a document to Dong A Jipi Security Company regarding the fight that caused a stir in public opinion.

    "The hospital recommends that Dong A Jipi Company seriously review the related employees and not arrange them to work at General Hospital No. 1 until the case is completely resolved," said Ms. Tran Lan Anh.

    At the same time, Lao Cai General Hospital No. 1 also requested the company to contact and promptly support the person involved in the scratch.

    Also on September 20, Dong A Jipi Protection Company, Yen Bai branch sent an Official Letter to General Hospital No. 1, confirming the cause of the incident originating from a personal conflict between 3 security guards and Mr. Dung (a motorbike taxi driver to pick up and drop off patients).

    After receiving the information, Dong A Jipi Security Company has taken strict disciplinary action and terminated labor contracts with 3 related employees. At the same time, they sent representatives to visit, encourage Mr. Dung and coordinate with the authorities to resolve the case according to the provisions of law.

    Dong A Jipi Protection Company stated that the behavior of the 3 security guards violated the company's rules and regulations and violated the law, affecting the reputation of the company and General Hospital No. 1.

    Previously, as Lao Dong reported, at around 2:00 p.m. on September 19, in the main hall of General Hospital No. 1 ( Au Lau Ward, Lao Cai Province), a fight broke out between a security guard of Dong A Jipi Protection Company and a motorbike taxi driver who came to pick up a patient.

    At that time, 3 security guards dragged the motorbike taxi driver's motorbike, causing the motorbike to collapse, an elderly patient being treated at the hospital sitting behind the motorbike fell to the ground.

    Next, a security guard used a stick to repeatedly beat the young man, the other two security guards punched, kicked and stopped the driver.
