According to the posted video, the young man riding a motorbike with license plate 81P4 - 6472, carrying an old man in difficulty walking, holding a IV line in his hand and a long stick to support his travel (believed to be a patient being treated at the Hospital), stood in the main hall in front of the gate of Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital 1.

At that time, a group of men wearing protective uniforms with the logo of Son Hoa Security Professional Security Security Service - Security Company came to ask the young man to get in the car. After that, the two sides had a conflict and argument.

Among them, 2 security guards pulled the car down, causing it to fall onto the road, the old man sitting behind fell to the ground. Next, they used a stick to repeatedly beat the young man, the other security guard punched, kicked and held him back.

When the incident was discovered, the leaders of Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital 1 were present, requesting the parties to stop the fight, not allowing the incident to become more complicated.

Informing Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Pham Tien Dung, Chairman of Au Lau Ward People's Committee, said that the Hospital is working with the beaten victim and the Son Hoa Security Professional Security Security Security and Security Protection Service Company to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.

The hospital has worked with the hospital's security company to temporarily suspend the work of 3 security guards who beat people, and the parties have also conducted mediation.
