On the morning of August 17, the inter-line patrol team consisting of officers and soldiers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police and Phuc Loi Ward Police, led by Major Dang Tuan Long - an officer of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, performed duties on National Highway 1B.
At around 10am, while traveling through the intersection of National Highway 1B and National Highway 5, the working group discovered a nephew riding a bicycle on the roadside and waving for help. When asked, the child said that the same morning he went to practice football in Hiep Hoa district (old Bac Giang province, now in Bac Ninh), when he returned, he got lost and now he does not know the way back.

Because the child could not remember the phone number of the relatives, the working group took him to Phuc Loi Ward Police for a rest and reported to the Command Committee for coordination in verification. Using professional measures, the working group quickly contacted the Commune Police in Bac Ninh to identify the child's family.
At around 1:00 p.m. the same day, Mr. Tran Van Uyen (born in 1975, residing in Luong Phung commune, Bac Ninh province) went to Phuc Loi ward police to pick up his son. Here, Mr. Uyen said his nephew's name is T.V.C (born in 2013), he cycled to practice football this morning, not knowing why he got lost to Hanoi, and was lucky to meet the police to support him.

Happy that his child was safe, Mr. Uyen sent a letter of thanks to the working group, expressing his gratitude for the dedication and dedication to the people of the People's Public Security force.
