The Investigation Police Agency of Bac Ninh Provincial Police has just issued an official letter announcing the coordination to serve the investigation.
Accordingly, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Ninh Provincial Police is coordinating with relevant units to search for the whereabouts of a newborn baby, male gender, who died and was found in a trash can in Nenh ward.
According to initial information, at about 6 am on December 15, 2025, Ms. Ha Thi Chin, (born in 1980, residing in Ai Quang residential group, Van Ha ward) during the collection of 2 trash cans at the gate of Mr. Than Van Thanh's house (born in 1960, residing in My Dien 1 residential group, Nenh ward) discovered the incident.
When dumping garbage from the second bin (smaller than the other bin) onto the collection truck, Ms. Chin discovered that in the pile of garbage there was a newborn baby still with the umbilical cord, the body purple and had died.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Ninh Provincial Police conducted an inspection and verification of the case according to legal regulations.
