Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the dossier for planting boundary markers of Tien Son - Ninh Son industrial park.
Accordingly, the project investor is Ninh Son Industrial Technology Investment Joint Stock Company.

The planting of boundary markers serves the management of boundary markers according to the approved plan. As a basis for implementing construction investment management according to the plan and preparing construction investment projects to ensure synchronization in traffic, technical infrastructure and landscape architecture.
The decision clearly states that after the boundary marker planting dossier is approved, Ninh Son Industrial Technology Investment Joint Stock Company (the investor) is responsible for coordinating with the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks, Van Ha Ward People's Committee and related units to publicly announce to agencies, organizations, and individuals affected, regularly inspect and supervise the site to ensure that development does not violate the approved plan; hand over and preserve the planning boundary marker planting dossier according to regulations.
Previously, on May 9, 2025, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province (old), now the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, announced the decision to approve the investment policy and at the same time approve the investor for the project "Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Tien Son - Ninh Son IP (phase 1)".
The above project has an area of 89.57ha, with a total investment of nearly 1,649 billion VND.
The operating period is 50 years. The project implementation progress is 24 months, from the date of the decision to allocate land, lease land, and change land use purpose.
After merging with Bac Giang, Bac Ninh province was assessed as a "super-industrial province", with the 5th largest economy in the country.
Bac Ninh province currently has 43 industrial parks approved for planning, with a total area of over 13,000ha; of which 36 industrial parks have been approved for investment policy, with an area of about 10,500 ha.
