Initial information, at the above time, people discovered a fire breaking out in the motorbike parking lot next to a pawnshop on Nguyen Tri Phuong street. People shouted together to put out the fire.
People used water hoses and mini fire extinguishers to put out the fire but failed. The incident was later reported to functional agencies.
At the scene, the fire occurred next to the pawnshop. The fire became stronger and stronger, quickly spreading and engulfing the parking lot. Many motorbikes caught fire fiercely.
