Information from the Hanoi Department of Construction said that the unit has just announced the results of the appraisal of the economic and technical report of the project to repair the Ramp CV1C branch of Vinh Tuy bridge. The CV1C Ramp branch from Vinh Tuy Bridge to Nguyen Khoi Diem was affected by the previous fire. The repair aims to restore the load-bearing capacity of girders and piers, ensuring construction safety and traffic safety.
In terms of scale, for spans N1 and N2 of Ramp CV1C branch and piers T2CV1C, T3CV1C, the damaged concrete will be scraped away, then sprayed with high-intensity concrete to compensate for the part affected by the fire. As for N1 span, after spraying concrete, the repair unit will stretch the temporary cable.
For the above structure, at span N1, Ramp CV1C branch (calculated from pier M1CV1C - T2CV1C), the construction unit will remove the concrete affected by the fire, drill the reinforced concrete, add a D14 steel frameworks linking to the existing reinforced concrete; spray 45MPa concrete mortar to return the average thickness of 120mm, then complete the surface.
At the bottom of the N1 span, the construction unit stretched a temporary cable to increase the beam's load-bearing capacity; added 2 anchorages at each end, 2 transversal beams to change direction, drilled with a steel core linked to the bottom of the beam; stretched 8 bundles of temporary cables to increase the support for the bottom of the N1 span.
span N2 (from pillar T2CV1C - T3CV1C) will be pumping away the concrete affected by the fire with an average depth of 60mm from the existing beam surface; drilling and planting steel core D10, adding a D10 steel grade associated with the existing steel core; spraying 45MPa concrete mortar, 60mm medium thick layer, and completing the surface after spraying.
For the lower structure, the T2 pillar of the CV1C Ramp branch will be poured with the concrete affected by the fire with an average depth of 60mm; drilling for the steel core, adding a D10 steel core connection with the existing steel core; spraying 35MPa concrete mortar to return the average thick layer of 60mm, then completing the surface.
The T3 letter of the Ramp CV1C branch was also finished with concrete affected by the fire on one side of the N2 span, with an average depth of 60mm from the existing pillar surface; 35MPa concrete spraying returned to an average thick layer of 60mm, and the surface was completed after spraying.
