Truck suddenly caught fire fiercely on the highway, driver managed to escape

On the afternoon of November 2, a truck traveling on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot Expressway suddenly caught fire, causing the truck's body and goods to be burned.

According to information from the Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department), the fire broke out at around 3:05 p.m. the same day, at km466+600, passing through Nghe An province.

At that time, the truck with license plate 29H-845.xx driven by Mr. H.V.C (born in 1987, residing in Hanoi) was traveling North - South when he suddenly discovered the goods on the truck on fire.

The driver immediately put the car in the emergency lane, calling for help from passersby to put out the fire. However, the fire spread quickly, engulfing the entire body of the vehicle.

Upon receiving the news, the expressway patrol team was present to coordinate with functional forces to direct traffic, organize fire fighting and ensure safety for vehicles traveling through the area.

At around 3:30 p.m., the fire was under control. Fortunately, the incident did not cause any human casualties, but all goods and the truck's cargo were severely damaged.
