On February 6, Dak Nong People's Committee directed to handle the case of illegal forest exploitation along the border patrol route in the area of Bu Chap Border Guard Station (Tuy Duc district).
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to urgently consolidate and complete the case file to hand over to the police for investigation.
The Border Road Protection Forest Management Board protected the scene to serve the investigation and handle of violations.
The Dak Nong People's Committee also requested the Provincial Police to direct the affiliated unit to receive the violation file handed over by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (Department of Forestry). After receiving, speed up the investigation progress and strictly handle the case according to legal regulations.
Dak Nong Province requested the Provincial Border Guard Command to direct Bu Chap Border Guard Station to support and coordinate with functional forces to protect the scene to serve the investigation and handle the case.
In addition, direct Border Guard Stations to do a good job of managing people and vehicles in accordance with border management regulations; coordinate well with forest rangers and forest owners in forest management and protection in border areas.

The content of the article reflects the fact that hundreds of trees in the border protection forest of Tuy Duc district were cut down, traces were still new, and plastic was brought out.
Expanding the investigation, the Forest Rangers discovered many tree stumps cut down along the patrol route. The results of the inventory showed that there were 569 tree stumps cut down in sub-areas 1439, 1441, 1444, 1446 under the management of the Border Belt Protection Forest Management Board.
The remaining volume of forest products at the scene is 32,623m3 of wood and 30,634 Ster of firewood, the main species are Royal Poinciana, Bom Bop, Cho Thot... belonging to group V - VIII.
