At the same time, it is recommended that drivers of vehicles participating in road traffic, parking, and parking vehicles comply with the road sign system and the forces regulating and guiding at the scene.
In addition, the Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police announced temporary traffic diversion to serve the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day and the 2025 Red P figure Flower Festival, with road closures from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on May 11 and 13. The prohibited routes are routes in the event area (Square of the Political - Administrative Center of Bac Song Cam Urban Area, Thuy Nguyen City) and adjacent routes.
