In order to ensure traffic order and safety during activities at the pedestrian street area of the City Theater, Central Flower Garden, the Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police announces the organization of temporary traffic diversion from 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays every week, starting from August 28.
From 6 pm to 12 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays every week, starting from August 28, Hai Phong prohibits all vehicles from participating in traffic on the following roads and areas: Quang Trung street (section from Quang Trung - Me Linh intersection to Quang Trung - Hoang Van Thu intersection); Hoang Van Thu street (section from Hoang Van Thu - Ky Dong intersection to Hoang Van Thu - Cau Dat intersection); Dinh Tien Hoang street (section from Dinh Tien Hoang - Phan Chu Trinh intersection to Dinh Tien Hoang - Tran Phu intersection); Tran Hung Dao street (section from Tran Hung Dao - Le Dai Hanh intersection to Tran Hung Dao - Dinh Tien Hoang intersection); City Theater Square area, fountain, Le Chan flower garden, Nguyen Van Troi flower garden.
Based on the actual traffic order and safety situation, the time for prohibiting and restricting vehicles may start earlier and be longer than the time mentioned above. During the temporary traffic diversion period, the Traffic Police Department requests vehicle drivers participating in traffic to proactively determine their travel routes, comply with the Road Traffic Order and Safety Law and the guidance of traffic control forces.
