From 8 am on August 26, the city lifts the ban on tourist ships and boats exploiting seafood going out to sea; tourism and entertainment activities in sea and island areas; exploitation, farming, and fishing activities and other activities in river mouths, coastlines, and offshore areas.
Previously, in order to respond to storm No. 4, the Hai Phong City Civil Defense Command requested to ban tourist ships and fishing boats from going to sea; and at the same time temporarily suspend tourism and entertainment activities at sea and islands; exploitation, aquaculture, fishing and other activities in the river mouth and coastal areas from 7:00 am on August 22.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on August 26, a tropical depression weakened from storm No. 4 is operating in the coastal area north of Hainan Island (China), causing strong winds and big waves in many sea areas. On land, the North and Thanh Hoa have thunderstorms, locally heavy rain over 80 mm.
