Da Nang received 100 billion VND from the Central Government to overcome the consequences of historic floods.

On the afternoon of November 1, the Prime Minister signed a decision to support Da Nang with 100 billion VND, from the central budget to overcome the heavy damage caused by floods.

Previously, the city also allocated 200 billion VND from the budget to prioritize stabilizing people's lives.

Preliminary statistics show that floods in Da Nang have killed 11 people, 4 people are missing and submerged nearly 76,500 houses.

After completing the damage statistics (expected on November 1), Da Nang will propose the Central Government to support more than VND 3,500 billion to implement long-term disaster prevention projects.
