Support details
According to the Resolution, subjects approved by competent authorities to retire within 60 months from the date of the decision to reorganize administrative units at district and commune levels, in addition to enjoying support policies from Decree 29/2023 of the Government, subjects who retire before retirement age if they retire within 12 months from the date of the decision to reorganize by competent authorities, will receive additional support one time equal to 60% of the funding prescribed in Article 5 or Article 8 of Decree 29.
If you leave after 12 months from the date of the arrangement decision of the competent authority, you will be supported one more time with 30% of the cost in Article 5 or Article 8 of Decree No. 29.
Subjects who immediately quit their jobs, in addition to enjoying the policies of Resolution 29, if they quit within 12 months, will receive additional support one time equal to 70% of the budget enjoyed under the staff streamlining policy stipulated in Article 7 of Decree No. 29.
If you retire after 12 months, you will receive an additional one-time support equal to 35% of the benefits according to the staff reduction policy prescribed in Article 7 of Decree No. 29.
Employees working under an indefinite-term labor contract approved by a competent authority to take leave for 12 months, in addition to enjoying the policy of Decree No. 29, those who retire early will receive additional support one time equal to 60% of the funding prescribed in Article 5 or Article 8 of Decree No. 29.
In addition to the benefits under Decree 29, those who are allowed to quit their jobs immediately will also receive one-time support equal to 70% of the costs specified in Article 7 of Decree 29.
Non-professional workers at the commune level who are redundant and approved by competent authorities to take leave for 12 months, in addition to enjoying the policies prescribed in Decree No. 29, will also receive one-time support equal to 60% of the expenses prescribed in Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree No. 29...
Some other subjects applied under the Resolution are also implemented under support policies to encourage early retirement.
Encourage resignation to facilitate streamlining
Mr. Tran Van Ky - Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province affirmed that the above Resolution is very important, greatly affecting the results of streamlining the apparatus.
Therefore, the Provincial People's Council delegates need to study carefully before voting to approve. After studying, 100% of the delegates voted to approve.
Mr. Le Minh Dao - Director of Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs affirmed that the support policy for cadres, civil servants and public employees when rearranging administrative units and streamlining the apparatus of Ha Tinh is higher than some provinces, because some provinces only apply support according to Decree 29 without additional support from the locality.
Ha Tinh's policy also aims to encourage cadres to proactively quit their jobs early to facilitate streamlining of staff and apparatus.
