On February 6, the leader of Vinh Tan ward (Vinh city, Nghe An) said that a fight had just occurred in the area between the homeowner and the driver of the blue-plate car because this person parked his car right in front of the house.
Previously, a video clip was released on social media recording the incident that happened on February 5. According to the clip, a blue-plate car parked in front of a kiosk house, then the driver got out of the car and went into a nearby alley. A moment later, a woman riding a motorbike in the wrong direction came in, then parked her motorbike next to a blue-plate car.
When the driver returned to the car, the two sides exchanged words related to parking the car blocking the road. The woman repeatedly attacked the driver before rushing in to attack him.
The leader of Vinh Tan Ward Police (Vinh City, Nghe An) said that they are investigating the incident.
